Very Solid Gym-worthy Bench

Great heavy duty bench (weighs about 100 lbs.) at reasonable price. Full featured - incline, decline, adjust seat. I really like the fact that the the flat part of the bench is full length. My only concern is the quality of the upholstery, which may not be as good or as durable as professional equipment. Highly recommended for the price.

Great bench!

I put off buying a quality bench as I already had a (cheap) bench, which I thought worked ok aside a bit of stability issue. I realise now I shouldn't have waited- this new bench is great- very stable, the right height (esp important for presses). It's a pleasure to use, unlike what I had. For the high quality of this bench, it's a real bargain.

As a note, I find the ankle holders beyond just decline presses- they add stability for several exercises.
