Refund policy

 

At Fit It Out, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We’re a small Canadian business, and many of our products are large, heavy, and expensive to ship, so we ask that customers contact us before sending anything back.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Please contact us first at support@fititout.com before returning any item. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@fititout.com as soon as possible with photos and your order details.

We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include replacement parts, a replacement item, repair support, or another fair solution.

Exchanges and Warranty Issues

Products with a manufacturer or Fit It Out warranty will be handled according to the warranty terms for that product.

If an item is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we’ll work with you to provide the appropriate replacement, part, or solution.

A Note About Large Fitness Equipment

Because many of our products are heavy and costly to ship, we may not be able to accept returns simply because an item no longer fits your space, was ordered by mistake, or changed your mind after delivery. Please reach out before purchasing if you’re unsure. We’re happy to help you choose the right equipment for your space and goals.
