Processing Orders

We typically process orders as soon as we can, however, during busy periods, processing time will take 2 to 5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification. 

Shipping Cost

The cost of shipping is determined by the weight, size and number of packages that are being shipped as well as the distance of the destination address from our warehouse in Oakville, ON.

Shipping rates can be obtained by simply adding the products to the cart and the shipping rates will be calculated prior to finalizing the order. 

Some shipping charges may be different than what you see at checkout depending on the number, weight and size of items. Our customer service team will contact you if there are any shipping discrepancies and work with you to ensure that your delivery fees are accurate and agreeable before we charge. 

Delivery time

Orders are shipped out within 1 to 5 business days. While Fit It Out ensures that we will do our best to avoid delays in delivery, they may occur during a busy season, bad weather conditions and other extenuating circumstances that are out of our control. We will ensure that you are notified of these delays.

Couriers

Fit It Out and Shopify work with all shipping carriers. However, our most commonly used carriers are Canada Post and CanPar, as they are the most efficient in pricing for our customers. Fit It Out has the right to change carriers while maintaining our quality and service levels for our customers. Estimated time of arrival is an estimated date and it is not guaranteed that the package(s) will arrive on that exact date. However, our customers will be provided with a tracking number(s) for their reference.

Local Pickups

Please bring the Credit Card that was used for purchase along with a matching piece of ID upon pickup. Call ahead of time if alternative arrangements are to be made. If this item was intended to be a gift for another recipient, the cardholder must notify the customer service team of the individual picking up the items. This can be done by e-mailing support@fititout.com or calling 1866-346-4-346 prior to pickup. 

We typically process orders for pickup as soon as we can, however, during busy periods, processing time will take 1 to 5 business days after which point customer will be contacted to confirm availability. Orders must be picked up within 48 hours. If you cannot pickup the order within that time frame, simply call us at (647)-680-1419 or e-mail us at support@fititout.com to align on an alternative mutually agreeable time.

Fit It Out commits to updating availability status on daily basis, however in extremely rare occasions popular items sell out before we are able to update the availability status. In this case, any customer who purchases an item online that has recently gone out of stock will receive a timely email notification providing the customer with these options:

  1. Remove the backordered item and proceed with the rest of the order (We will automatically adjust the pricing and shipping to reflect the changes made to the order).
  2. Leave the order pending until all items are in stock.
  3. Cancel the order.

We will try our best to provide an ETA on backordered items but unfortunately it is not always possible to provide an exact date for the arrival of the out of stock item(s).
