- We operate out of a personal storage location at 450 Iroquois Shore Rd (SmartStop) and are there only during pickup hours
- Once you have placed your order, look out for the 'Ready For Pickup' email ("Email")
- The Email provides pickup days and timings as well as a Doodle link to select a 15 min time slot
- If the doodle calendar is full please contact us by responding to the pickup Email or calling the number provided (647-680-1419). We will add you to our calendar manually
- In situations where the timing does not work, we can bring your smaller orders to one of our homes in Oakville or Mississauga for you to pick up at a time that works for you
- When you arrive at the storage warehouse, please call/text the number in the Email and we will bring your equipment out. Please bear with us as we may be assisting others

Sunday 12pm to 3pm
