What does back-to-school mean for your family?
September represents a fresh start for families with school-age kids. After the summer break (often filled with other activities), it's time to get back into routine.
At our home, it means the morning routine is re-established, and the days are scheduled around school drop-offs, pick-ups, and after school activities. It also means the kids are away for a significant portion of the day, learning, making new friends, getting ready for what's the come!
This is a great time to establish your workout regimen as well. Whether at home, at a studio gym, or large gym, setting up a schedule and following it consistently now will create lasting change.
For our junior athletes, this is also a time to begin supporting their sports with their own work in the gym! It's not just a way to get ahead, it is now expected and part of an athlete's routine.
