York Olympic Training Barbell — 28mm Needle Bearing, Satin Chrome

A training bar built for the lifts that punish equipment. The York 32110 is made from North American steel with a minimum tensile strength of 170,000 PSI after heat treating, so it takes cleans, snatches and heavy pulls without ever taking a set.

Needle bearings in the sleeves give you fast, consistent rotation — the thing you actually feel in the turnover, not on a spec sheet. Each sleeve is secured with a bar end nut and spring pin and machined to a precise 1.975", so plates load and strip cleanly instead of binding halfway down.

At 28 mm it's a true Olympic-diameter shaft with the whip you want for the quick lifts, and a 1,000 lb load rating that puts it well past what most floors will ever see. The satin chrome finish resists rust and keeps its grip without shredding your hands.
